Easy To Plant: They come in containers filled with fine potting soil making it very easy to plant, and with no transplant shock-when put in the ground they just keep right on growing. The success ratio of planting potted is also much greater than bare-rooted. You don't need to dig a large hole-just 8 inches deep and 6 inches wide if your soil is friable and fertile. See below for soil preparation if your soil is lacking.
Buy-Plant Anytime: In most western US states you don't have to rush to plant such as you would be with bare-root stock, and you don't have to buy them in the Spring or Fall only. These can be planted anytime during the Spring, Summer, or Fall- best time in Summer is during a summer evening or a cloudy day.
Easy to Pick Up and Handle: They come in 1 gallon containers that can easily be put into a smaller car. The larger trees can be bent easily to fit inside the car or can stick out a window. We also purchase the one gallon somewhat square milk and water containers for 10 cents apiece. This is in the interest of reuse-recycle.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS: The discounts start at 25 trees or phlox and is 25 cents off each tree and 16 cents off each phlox at that point. The next step is 50 trees or phlox and is 50 cents and 32 cents off the phlox. Next step is 75 trees where the discount is 75 cents. Next step is 100 trees or phlox where the discount is $1 and 64 cents respectively. The next step is $1.25 for 125 trees and/or phlox. The final discount is for 150 trees or phlox where the discount is $1.50 and 96 cents respectively. This can be for one individual or several individuals. This is accumulative over the years and applies to everyone that ordered. Meaning they can order under their own name the next time and get the same discount and a further one if the numbers warrant. If they do go into a higher discount they will receive a further discount lump sum for the trees bought earlier, so that all the trees they have bought are at the higher discount.
DELIVERY: We deliver to large parking lot areas such as food stores in your city with a white horse trailer and white pickup. We are there for a 1/2 of an hour usually. We park on the right side of the parking lot as you face the front of the store, and away from the building. That is where you pick up your trees. We come to the same parking lot 2-5 times a year.
